Treat your pets. Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter contact phone number, we’ll be unable to treat your animals.

If you choose not to enter we’ll:

• We keep your information safe by Storing it in our software system.
• We keep your information for seven years at which point we securely destroy it by deleting all files if your animals are no longer active patients.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. We will also never share your details with third parties.
